What are Actor Tags?

Actor tags are special metadata fields that link a video to specific SxyHub creator profiles. Unlike generic hashtags (e.g., #dance), actor tags create a direct clickable link to a performer's profile and surface the video on that performer's \"Featured In\" section.

How to Tag Performers

During the upload process or while editing in Studio.
Navigate to the Performers/Actors field.
Type the @username of the creator you want to tag.
Select the correct profile from the dropdown.

Note: Tagging another creator usually requires them to approve the tag before it appears publicly, ensuring no one is tagged in content without their consent.

Always ensure you are tagged as the primary performer in your own uploads. This ensures the video is correctly attributed to you and appears on your profile feed and in search results for your name.
