Our Commitment

sxyhub.com ("Platform") is committed to the safety and well-being of our community. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, non-consensual material, and content depicting minors. Our Trust & Safety team works around the clock to detect and remove violations.

Core Principles

All content on SxyHub must depict activities between consenting adults. We require:

  • Age verification for all content uploaders through government-issued ID checks.
  • Consent documentation maintained for all individuals depicted in content.
  • Immediate removal of any content flagged as non-consensual.

2. Prohibited Content

We maintain strict policies against:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or suggesting minors is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement.
  • Non-consensual content: Including "revenge" materials, deepfakes, and hidden camera recordings.
  • Trafficking-related content: Any material connected to human trafficking or exploitation.
  • Extreme violence or abuse: Content depicting harmful, dangerous, or degrading acts without clear consent.

3. Content Moderation

  • All uploaded content undergoes automated scanning using industry-standard detection tools (e.g., PhotoDNA, CSAI Match).
  • Human moderators review flagged content within 24 hours.
  • We employ hash-matching technology to prevent re-upload of previously removed content.

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates our policies:

  1. In-app reporting: Use the Report button on any video or profile.
  2. Email: Send reports to trust@sxyhub.com.
  3. Emergency situations: Contact local law enforcement immediately. We cooperate fully with all valid legal requests.

We aim to review all reports within 24 hours and take action within 48 hours.

Transparency

We publish periodic transparency reports detailing:

  • Number of content removal requests received and actioned.
  • Law enforcement requests and compliance rates.
  • Automated and manual moderation statistics.
