Zero Tolerance Policy

sxyhub.com ("Platform") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content. Violations will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following types of content are absolutely prohibited on this Platform:

1. Minors and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Any visual depiction of individuals under 18 years of age in any sexual, suggestive, or nude context
  • Any content that appears to depict minors, regardless of actual age
  • Computer-generated imagery (CGI), animations, or drawings depicting minors in sexual contexts
  • Age regression roleplay or content suggesting underage participants
  • Any content violating 18 U.S.C. § 2251, § 2252, or related statutes

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Permanent account termination
  • Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

2. Non-Consensual Content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content depicting sexual acts without the consent of all participants
  • "Revenge porn" or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content created using hidden cameras or without subject knowledge
  • Deepfakes or manipulated media depicting individuals without consent
  • Content obtained through hacking, theft, or unauthorized access
  • Upskirt, downblouse, or voyeuristic content captured without consent

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal upon valid complaint
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Cooperation with legal requests from affected individuals

3. Rape, Sexual Assault, and Coercion

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Depictions of actual rape or sexual assault
  • Content depicting drugging, intoxication, or incapacitation for sexual purposes
  • Content depicting blackmail, extortion, or coercion for sexual acts
  • Simulated non-consent that appears realistic (even if staged)
  • Content glorifying or promoting sexual violence

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement where applicable

4. Incest

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content depicting sexual acts between family members
  • Incestuous roleplay, even between unrelated performers
  • Content with titles, descriptions, or tags suggesting incestuous relationships
  • Step-family sexual content presented as incestuous

Enforcement:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning or termination for repeat violations

5. Bestiality and Animal Abuse

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Sexual acts with animals
  • Depictions of animal abuse or cruelty
  • Content sexualizing animals in any manner

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to animal welfare authorities where applicable

6. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content related to human trafficking or sex trafficking
  • Content depicting individuals who are coerced, forced, or exploited
  • Content promoting or facilitating prostitution or escort services
  • Content depicting individuals in situations of exploitation or servitude

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Permanent account termination
  • Mandatory reporting to law enforcement and anti-trafficking organizations

7. Extreme Violence and Gore

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Depictions of extreme violence, mutilation, or torture
  • Snuff films or content depicting actual death
  • Content combining sexual acts with serious physical harm
  • Content depicting self-harm or suicide

Enforcement:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account termination
  • Reporting to authorities if content suggests imminent harm

8. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content promoting violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Content using slurs or dehumanizing language in a harmful context
  • Content promoting terrorism or extremist ideologies

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination

9. Illegal Substances

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content depicting illegal drug use in sexual contexts
  • Content promoting or facilitating the sale of illegal substances
  • Content depicting individuals under the influence of illegal drugs during sexual acts

  • Content removal
  • Account warning or termination

10. Misleading or Deceptive Content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content falsely claiming to depict minors (even if performers are 18+)
  • Content with misleading titles, tags, or descriptions designed to evade moderation
  • Content misrepresenting the age, identity, or consent status of performers

Enforcement:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning or termination

11. Spam and Malicious Content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Content designed to manipulate or deceive users

Reporting Prohibited Content

If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it immediately:

Reporting Methods

  1. In-Platform Reporting:
    Use the "Report" button on any video or user profile.

  2. Email Reporting:
    Send detailed reports to: support@sxyhub.com
    Include: URL, description of violation, and any supporting evidence.

  3. Emergency Takedown Requests:
    For non-consensual content or urgent safety concerns, email: support@sxyhub.com

What to Include in Reports

  • Direct URL to the content
  • Description of the violation
  • Your relationship to the content (if applicable)
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation

Moderation and Enforcement

Review Process

  • All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
  • High-priority reports (CSAM, non-consensual content) are escalated immediately.
  • We aim to review reports within 24-48 hours.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Remove the content
  • Issue a warning to the user
  • Temporarily suspend the account
  • Permanently terminate the account
  • Report the violation to law enforcement

Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal by contacting support@sxyhub.com with:

  • Your account information
  • The content in question
  • Explanation of why the removal was incorrect

Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

User Responsibilities

By using this Platform, you agree to:

  • Only upload content you have the legal right to share
  • Ensure all performers are 18+ and have provided informed consent
  • Accurately represent the nature of your content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Uploading prohibited content may result in:

  • Civil liability for damages
  • Criminal prosecution under applicable laws
  • Reporting to law enforcement agencies
  • Cooperation with investigations and legal proceedings

Platform Discretion

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content at our sole discretion
  • Terminate accounts without prior notice
  • Modify this policy at any time
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities
