Moderation & Reports

Types of Appeals

SxyHub allows appeals for two types of moderation actions:

  • Video removal — A specific video was taken down by moderation.
  • Account suspension — Your account has been temporarily or permanently restricted.

Appeals are not available for DMCA takedowns (see the Counter-Notification process instead) or for actions taken against content involving minors.

Appealing a Video Removal

If a video was removed and you believe it was done in error:

  1. You will have received a notification email from noreply@sxyhub.com explaining the removal reason. Note the reason carefully.
  2. If you believe the removal was incorrect, email SxyHub Support.
  3. Use the subject line: "Video Removal Appeal — [Video Title or ID]"
  4. Include the information listed below.

Appealing an Account Suspension

  1. Email SxyHub Support from the email address registered on your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Suspension Appeal — [Your Username]"
  3. Include the information listed below.

If your email access is also compromised and you cannot email from your registered address, explain this in your appeal and provide alternative identity verification.

What to Include in Your Appeal

  • Your username
  • The email address on your account
  • The specific video URL or a description of the suspended content (if applicable)
  • The reason you were given for the removal or suspension
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
  • Any evidence supporting your case (e.g., proof of content ownership, model releases, age verification records)

Appeal Timeline & Outcomes

  • Appeals are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
  • You'll receive a decision by email (noreply@sxyhub.com).
  • Upheld: The original action stands — no further appeal is available for the same action.
  • Overturned: The video is restored or the account reinstated, typically within 24 hours of the decision.

Non-Appealable Actions

The following actions are final and cannot be appealed:

  • Account terminations for CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
  • Account terminations for non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
  • Account terminations for repeat DMCA violations (3 or more valid DMCA strikes)
  • Account terminations ordered by law enforcement
