How to Report Inappropriate Content on SxyHub

Reporting a Video

1. Open the video you want to report.
2. Tap the ⋯ More Options button (visible on the video player).
3. Select Report.
4. Choose the most accurate reason from the list:
   • Non-Consensual Content
   • Minors in Inappropriate Context
   • Copyright Infringement
   • Spam or Misleading
   • Harassment or Hate Speech
   • Illegal Activity
   • Other
5. Add any additional context in the notes field (optional but helpful).
6. Click Submit Report.

You can also report via email: send the URL and description to SxyHub Support.

Reporting a Comment

1. Find the comment in the video's comment section.
2. Long-press (mobile) or hover and click Report Comment.
3. Select the reason and submit.

Reporting a User

1. Visit the user's profile page.
2. Tap the ⋯ More Options button.
3. Select Report User.
4. Describe the behavior and submit.

For ongoing harassment or targeted abuse campaigns, contact SxyHub Support directly with a summary and relevant links.

What Happens After Reporting

• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24–48 hours.
• You'll receive no direct response (to protect reporter privacy), but the report is logged and acted upon.
• If content is removed, the creator is notified with a reason.
• Serious or repeat violations lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

Urgent or Illegal Content

If you encounter content that involves:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Imminent threats to life

Report it immediately using the in-app Report button AND email SxyHub DMCA with the URL and details. We escalate these internally and externally (including to law enforcement and the NCMEC CyberTipline for CSAM) without delay.
