SxyHub respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a formal takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.

How to File a DMCA Notice
Send your DMCA takedown notice via email to our designated agent:

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice — [Your Name]
Required Information
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the original work you own (e.g., "My video originally posted at [URL]").
- URL(s) of the infringing content — Direct link(s) to the video(s) on SxyHub.
- Your contact information — Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Good faith statement — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the described material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law."
- Accuracy statement — "Under penalty of perjury, I confirm the information in this notice is accurate and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf."
- Signature — Physical or electronic signature (typed name is sufficient).
Important: Incomplete notices will not be processed. Ensure all 6 elements are included to avoid delays.
What Happens After Filing
- Our team reviews valid notices within 48–72 hours.
- Upon confirming validity, the infringing content is removed or disabled.
- The uploader is notified of the takedown via email from
noreply@sxyhub.com. - Repeat infringers have their accounts permanently suspended.
Counter-Notification (Dispute a Takedown)
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification:

Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notification — [Your Username]
Your counter-notification must include:
- Description and URL of the removed content
- Your contact information
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error
- Consent to your local federal court jurisdiction
- Your signature
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we forward it to the original claimant. If they don't file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Misuse & False Claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), filing a knowingly false DMCA claim can result in liability for damages, costs, and attorney fees. We take abuse of the DMCA process seriously and may ban accounts that file bad-faith notices.
