Wrong Password
If your password isn't working:
- Double-check that Caps Lock is off.
- Tap Show password to confirm what you're typing.
- Try copy-pasting from a password manager to rule out typos.
- If still failing, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
Account Locked or Banned
If you see "Your account has been suspended" or "Access denied":
- Temporary lock: Too many failed login attempts trigger a 15-minute cooldown. Wait and try again.
- Permanent ban: Your account may have been terminated for a Terms of Service violation. You will have received an email from
noreply@sxyhub.comexplaining the reason.
To appeal a ban, email SxyHub Support from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Account Appeal".
Session Expired / Keeps Logging Out
Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity by default. If you're being logged out repeatedly:
- Ensure your browser allows cookies from sxyhub.com (required for session persistence).
- Disable any privacy extensions (e.g., DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials) that may clear cookies on close.
- On mobile, check that your browser isn't set to clear data on exit.
- Try logging in from a private/incognito window to isolate extension conflicts.
Email Not Recognized
If you see "No account found with this email":
- Check if you registered with a different email address.
- Try variations (e.g.,
yourname@gmail.comvsyourname+tag@gmail.com). - You may have signed up with a username — try logging in with that instead of your email.
Verification Email Not Arriving
SxyHub system emails come from noreply@sxyhub.com. If you're not receiving them:
- Check your Spam / Junk folder.
- Add
noreply@sxyhub.comto your safe-senders list. - Wait up to 5 minutes for delivery — email systems can delay.
- Try the Resend Verification link if available.
Device-Specific Login Issues
- iOS Safari: Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → and ensure JavaScript is enabled.
- Android Chrome: Clear site data for sxyhub.com via Site Settings.
- Desktop Firefox: Check Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection isn't blocking the login request.
- PWA (installed app): Uninstall and reinstall the PWA via your browser's install prompt.

If none of the above steps work, contact SxyHub Support with:
- Your username or registered email
- The exact error message you see
- Your browser and operating system
- A screenshot of the issue (if possible)
