How to Reset Your SxyHub Password

Password Reset Steps

1. Go to sxyhub.com/login and click Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Send Reset Link.
4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@sxyhub.com with the subject "Reset your SxyHub password".
5. Click the link in the email — it opens a secure page to set a new password.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Update Password.
7. Log in with your new credentials.

Reset Link Expired or Not Working

Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security reasons.

• If your link has expired, return to the login page and request a new reset link.
• Use the link immediately — do not forward it or open it on a different device.
• If the link shows "Invalid or already used", it may have been clicked twice. Request a fresh one.

Reset Email Not Received

1. Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder.
2. Search your inbox for noreply@sxyhub.com.
3. Ensure the email you entered matches your registered address exactly.
4. Wait up to 5 minutes — email delivery can be delayed.
5. Add noreply@sxyhub.com to your contacts and try again.

If you've tried all of the above and still can't receive the email, contact SxyHub Support with your username and we'll manually verify your identity.

Creating a Strong Password

SxyHub's password strength meter scores your password in real time. For maximum security:

• Use at least 12 characters
• Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols (e.g., @, !, #)
• Avoid using your username, email, or common words
• Use a password manager (e.g., Bitwarden, 1Password) to generate and store it safely
