Before You Upload
To upload videos on SxyHub you must:
- Have a Creator account (not a Viewer account)
- Have Verified status — see Creator Verification
- Be on a stable internet connection (uploads auto-resume if interrupted)
File Requirements
- Accepted formats: MP4 (recommended), MOV, WebM, AVI, MKV
- Maximum file size: 4 GB
- Minimum resolution: 720p (1280×720) — 1080p or higher recommended
- Aspect ratio: 9:16 vertical (short-form portrait) optimized; 16:9 horizontal accepted
- Frame rate: 24–60 fps
- Audio: AAC or MP3 codec required
Upload Steps
- Go to sxyhub.com/upload (creator accounts only).
- Drag and drop your video file into the upload zone, or click Browse Files.
- The upload begins immediately using our TUS resumable protocol — even if your connection drops, the upload will continue from where it left off when you reconnect.
- A progress bar shows real-time upload percentage.
- While uploading, fill in your video's metadata (title, caption, categories, tags).
- Once the file reaches 100%, it enters the processing pipeline.
- When processing completes, your video goes Live and appears in the feed.

Tip: Upload during off-peak hours (6 AM – 10 AM your timezone) for fastest processing times.
Adding Metadata (Title, Tags, Categories)
Good metadata dramatically increases your video's discoverability:
- Title: 5–100 characters. Be descriptive and keyword-rich (e.g., "Solo Dance Routine — Slow & Sensual").
- Caption/Description: Up to 500 characters. Expand on the title, include hashtags.
- Categories: Select 1–3 relevant categories. These determine which discovery feeds your video appears in.
- Tags: Add up to 20 tags. Use a mix of broad (e.g., "dance") and specific (e.g., "pole dance beginner") terms.
After Uploading: Processing Pipeline
After your file is received, BunnyCDN processes it through several stages:
- Received — File transfer complete, queued for encoding
- Processing — Video is being transcoded to HLS (multiple quality levels: 360p, 720p, 1080p)
- Processing Complete — Encoding done, pending final checks
- Live — Your video is publicly visible
Processing typically takes 2–10 minutes for files under 500 MB, and up to 30 minutes for large files. You can check status in Studio → Content.
Common Upload Errors
- "403 Forbidden": Your account is not verified. Complete Creator Verification first.
- "File type not supported": Convert your file to MP4 using a free tool like HandBrake.
- "Upload stalled at X%": Your connection dropped. Refresh the page — TUS will resume the upload automatically.
- "File too large": Compress your video or trim it below the 4 GB limit.
- "Processing failed": The file may be corrupted. Re-export from your editing software and try again.
