Steps to Change Your Email

Keeping your email address up to date is crucial for account security and recovery. Follow these steps to change it:

1. Log in to your SxyHub account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings.
3. Locate the Email Address field.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Confirm your current password for security.
6. Click Update Email.

Verification Process

To prevent unauthorized changes, we use a dual-verification process:

• New Email Verification: A confirmation link will be sent to your new email address from noreply@sxyhub.com.
• Old Email Notification: A notification will be sent to your old email address informing you of the change. If you did not authorize this, you can click the "Revert Change" link in that email.

The change will not be finalized until you click the link sent to your new email address.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

• Didn't receive the verification email: Check your Spam folder. Add noreply@sxyhub.com to your contacts. Wait 5 minutes and try resending.
• Email already in use: You cannot use an email that is already registered to another SxyHub account.
• Broken link: If the verification link shows an "Expired" error, request a new change via settings. Links expire after 1 hour.

When to Contact Support

If you no longer have access to your old email address and cannot log in to change it, please contact SxyHub Support. Be prepared to provide identity verification (such as your username and most recent login location) to regain access to your account.
