What is NCII?
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), sometimes referred to as "revenge porn," involves the distribution of sexually explicit photos or videos of another person without their consent. SxyHub prohibits NCII in any form—even if the uploader claims they have permission. Verification is the primary way we prevent this.
How to Report Immediately
If you find content of yourself or someone else that was uploaded without consent:
- Use the Report button on the video player and select Non-Consensual Content.
- Email us urgently: Send the video URL and any context to SxyHub DMCA with the subject URGENT: NCII REPORT.
- Include your contact information so our safety team can reach out for verification.
Our Rapid Response Policy
- Immediate Hiding: Once a report is flagged as NCII, the video is hidden from all feeds while we investigate.
- Permanent Removal: If confirmed as NCII, the content is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
- Account Termination: The uploader's account is permanently banned.

- StopNCII.org: A global tool to help prevent the spread of your imagery across platforms.
- Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (CCRI): Provides a crisis helpline and legal resources for victims.
- Take It Down: Operated by NCMEC, specifically for removing imagery of minors or those whose imagery was taken before they were 18.
Legal Consequences for Uploaders
Distributing NCII is illegal in many jurisdictions. SxyHub cooperates fully with law enforcement requests and will provide uploader data (IP addresses, account info, verification documents) to authorities upon receipt of a valid legal warrant or subpoena.
